THE PROJECT

1) Describe the project and specifically state how an investment from the REALTOR® Community Investment Initiative would be used?

2) What are the outcomes you are looking for upon completion of the project? If 2009 will not be the first year for your project, what is the program’s greatest accomplishment so far?

3) What is the need you are fulfilling? In what geographic area is that need?

4) Describe how you will evaluate the project’s success. What benchmarks will you use to define success?

5) Describe the history of your project. If this is your first year, describe how the project idea was formulated. Please use this question to “tell your story!”

6) Is this a multi-year project, or will it be completed in one year? What is the timeline broken down by month and week?

THE BUDGET

7) Detail the projected budget for the project. State total amount requested from RCII.

8) Please list your partners for this project and describe their involvement. If they are providing funding, please list the amount of funding they are contributing to the project.
